  • Why should I book directly with A&B Properties?

    Booking directly with us ensures you receive the best rates without extra fees charged by third-party platforms. Plus, you'll enjoy personalized service and direct communication with our team for a seamless and stress-free experience.

  • What is your cancellation policy for direct bookings?

    For direct bookings, cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in will receive a 50% refund. We collect 50% of the total payment 14 days prior to arrival, ensuring a smooth and secure booking process.

  • What amenities are included in your properties?

    Each property is thoughtfully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchens, comfortable bedding, and streaming TVs. Many homes also feature outdoor spaces, pet-friendly options, and additional conveniences like washers and dryers. Specific amenities vary by location.

  • Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

    Yes, we offer discounts for weekly and monthly stays at many of our properties. Contact us directly to learn about the best rates for extended bookings.
